All our packages are designed for either 35 or 70 guests. We ask that schools bring a maximum of 70 guests (this includes students and staff), across both days therefore we are limiting schools to book 1 x 70 package or 2 x 35 packages so that as many schools as possible can experience the festival. Unfortunately, if your package exceeds the maximum group(s) size or maximum of 70 guests, your packages may be cancelled.
After completing your package booking form, you will receive an automated booking confirmation via Eventbrite, this guarantees your booking. You will then receive a detailed booking confirmation, stating the full package details that you have been allocated. We will aim to get this to you within 14 days of your initial booking.
