What you'll do

  • You'll learn the fundamentals of cyber investigations and digital forensics while improving your communication skills and building confidence through individual work and group presentations.
  • After progressing from your foundation year you'll gain skills the industry needs including investigating digital technologies, cyber security and understanding computer systems and networks.
  • You'll benefit from our strong partnerships with the National Crime Agency, the National Cyber Security Centre, Lancashire Constabulary, Cumbria Constabulary, Greater Manchester Police Force and others.

Future Careers

With our Cyber Investigation with Digital Forensics foundation course, you'll be ready to progress onto our BSc (Hons) Cyber Investigations with Digital Forensics programme or any of our other Policing, Criminology and Law undergraduate degrees.

Entry requirements

We will consider your educational achievements, predicted grades, work experience and personal statement. If you don't meet the grades for your chosen course, we will consider you for other programmes.
